Nobleboro Historical Society Scholarship Awards

2024 Application Form and Eligibility

Each spring, the Nobleboro Historical Society selects awardees for their Society scholarships. Each scholarship is for $1,000. This application form is for both high school students and for students already attending postsecondary school.

Eligible high school and post-secondary students are those who will attend an accredited undergraduate post-secondary school or college in the 2024-2025 academic year and who reside in the Town of Nobleboro. Also, students who are members or children of members of the Society are eligible. The required essay should make a case as to why the applicant should receive a scholarship.

  • High school seniors must include an official high school transcript, including third ranking period.
  • Post-secondary students must include an official transcript for the preceding term and previous year.
